Here’s the day in 2007 that changed my good friend Arianna Huffington’s life: She had been working 18-hour days building Huffington Post, when she passed out from exhaustion and woke up in a pool of blood along with a broken cheekbone and a cut over her eye. It was a huge wake up call. From that point forward Arianna created routines and boundaries that allowed her to get more sleep and change her life.
