“What’Cha Got” Episode 5: Chivas USA Goalkeeper Dan Kennedy

Racing and soccer may seem like opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to sports but they do have a few things in common including speed, reaction time and Continental Tire. So what happens when Major League Soccer (MLS) player Dan Kennedy trades his boots for tires and gets behind the wheel of a 2014 Lamborghini? With a little instruction from TUDOR United SportsCar Championship driver, Townsend Bell, the competitive edge comes out in the new short format feature, “What’Cha Got”.
Catch the new episodes of “What’Cha Got” airing Sundays during ESPN FC on ESPN 2. Check your local listings for times.

Dear Dan Kennedy…

Just a quick note to our friend Dan Kennedy
——————————————————————

Dear Dan Kennedy,

We here at the Dallas Beer Guardians feel we need to clear the air. In past years, you have graced our field as a member of the “other” team, and we MAY have said some things that, frankly, weren’t very nice.

Allegedly.

We admit that jokes referencing the relation of your last name to that of past presidents and their history with Dallas MIGHT have been a bit harsh. And, we think we can all admit that any jokes made about your perfectly chiseled chest were made out of sheer jealousy.

With that said, we hope we can put the past behind us, and remember that you are one of us. We’re excited to have you, especially now that you’re DTID!

Now let’s go win a MLS CUP!

Love,
Dallas Beer Guardians
